And There You Have It

Well hello there friends!!! I am so totally behind on writing this blog....I think I stopped on day 7 of my Infusio treatment. For those of you that follow me on social media know that I made it and am still walking the earth...lol. I will begin again where I left off.... The rest of my clinic days at Infusio were very much the same....IVs....like 5 bags at a time, ozone treatment, trigger point massages, laser bed, thymus injection....find lunch, uber home....get jammies on....get in the bed.....try not to leave the bed. The biggest difference of course, was that my boys were with me now. So I went from my leisurely mornings only getting myself ready and finding myself food, to being awoken to a loud breathing 6 year old & freight train husband snores....frantically getting everyone's room service orders, finding peoples favorite cartoon channels, setting out little mans clothes, tidying up, setting up Lyft AND getting myself to the clinic before 9:30am. Full on mommy mode. ...

Its All Happening!

Night one at my hotel was like the quintessential night from hell. I checked into my room and the carpet smelled like a 13 year olds perfume from the 90's. The scent was so strong my nostrils were literally burning. The room was facing a street full of busy traffic. I called down to change my room but they had nothing until the next day. I decided I could tough it out for one night. Now again this might come off as a little high maintenance .....not going to say Im a low maintenance person by any means .....however for many folks with lyme chemical/smell sensitivity is prominent and it brings on a whole host of issues like an allergic reaction. Trust me Id love to be slightly more easy going and Im sure my husband would like that too.....who knows...maybe thats on its way ;) Anyway my room was also right beside a stairway exit door so I could hear the door opening and slamming and drunk partiers laughing and flayling until 4am! So between the door and the smell I was front desks ...

The Adventure Begins!

June 25, 2017 Well today is finally here! I am on the airplane as we speak flying from Vancouver to LA. It feels super crazy, as I normally have a 6 year old who has demanded the window seat and Im stuck in the middle seat sandwiched in-between him and my husband who's legs don't fit very well.....and so you get the picture! Today I am all by myself in a window seat and was bumped to first class, so Im basically beside myself with comfort! I didn't need to pack awkwardly sized activity books that stuck out of my perfectly organized carry on. Didn't need to store 6 different kinds of snacks, a sippy cup, or download 10 episodes of "Uncle Grandpa" or use up all my Ipad storage with Moana! Its so quiet up here....no husbands spontaneously passing out, leaving me to entertain children who are tired of the one million things I packed so they wouldn't be bored. Nope nope....this time I have my own bag with my own shiz, my own I pad with MY shows, I have leg ro...
